All the things we think you should know before purchasing a product from Scarlet Threads.

{Shipping}
All purchases will ship within 2-3 business days of your confirmed purchase.  The price you see posted includes shipping from China to the USA, but does not include shipping and handling in the USA. An additional $5 per apron will be added for domestic shipping and handling at checkout.  If you order more than one apron, your shipping costs per apron will substantially go down.  Rates available upon checkout.

{Returns}
If you are dissatisfied with your unused/unwashed purchase, you may return it to our USA representative and receive a store credit less shipping and handling.  Please contact us at info@scarletthreads.org for the mailing address and return instructions.

{Garment Care}
Our aprons are delicate with hand-sewn embellishments.  Please handle your apron with TLC.  We suggest cold wash on a gentle cycle and hanging to dry.

{One of a Kind}
Each of our products is hand-made, and thus, uniquely one-of-a-kind!  There may be slight variations between the finished product you receive and the ones pictured online.  If it is a substantial difference, such as a fabric change, you will be notified before we finalize your purchase.

{Patience}
Scarlet Threads is a new venture, started in October 2009.  Though we firmly believe in our vision, we're learning how to operate an international export business as we go, and we hope you'll have patience and grace as we work out the details!  We promise professional service and a customer-oriented attitude.  In return for your patience, we'll do whatever we can to make sure you're pleased with your Scarlet Threads product!
